Get FIRED up. The new fitness program I have been talking about on my social channels has launched! So exciting. Are you ready to transform your overall well being?
With so much going on in our lives, it’s hard to really find time to be good to ourselves. The creators of this new program designed it to bring more balance and joy to your life. And of course it will help us get into great shape too.
25-30 min a day, six days a week for only FOUR weeks. This workout is for everyone. It’s all about strengthening both your body AND mind. It will transform your physical AND mental well-being and we are here for that.
There is a 4-Week Journal that comes with the program which will help show yourself a little love. You’ll find self-care prompts and a habit tracker. The journal is part inspiration and helps create healthy routines. We will fill it out daily to hype us up and give our mental health a boost! This will be a great addition to the workout to transform your overall well being. I love my journals. Can’t wait to see this one.
They also say by the end of the program, Jericho and Elise will help train your body to be active, as well as help train your mind to embrace new opportunities, release anxiety, and quiet the self-judgment.
Kev and I started the program and had to put it on hold due to other circumstances BUT we intend on start back up at some point.
We are no longer Beachbody coaches but now BODi affiliates. You can be part of our free group for accountability for your healthy lifestyle goals and where you’ll get support from me and others in the group.
The Sample Workout
The sample workout was an amazing taste of what the program will be like. I wasn’t going to start it until after camping season but I loved it so much that I won’t be waiting. I’ll work around our trips even if I have to miss 5 days here and there. I’ll jump right in when we get back home. Yay!
