I can't believe I have now completed 19 days of the 30 Day Shred. That is quite an accomplishment for me! 30 Day Shred: Days 15-18 Level 2
The 30 Day Shred workout video is going well. I'm giving you an update on Level 2, Days 15-18. I can't believe there are only 2 days left of Level 2 and then I'll move on to Level 3. I'm excited!
