It's been a crazy few weeks and we didn't end up doing a menu plan for this week. Exercise log for this crazy week
Crazy week! Hubby ended up in the hospital but they couldn't find anything, the story of his life ha ha. And our dog was sick before that so needless to say I did the best I could do as far as workouts. Didn't get to the gym and didn't do much other than walk and the 30 Day Shred. 30 Day Shred: Days 3-5 Level 1
Phew I made it through Days 3, 4 and 5 of the 30 Day Shred. To be honest, I'm starting to get bored doing Level 1 and I'm so ready to move on to the next level. 30 Day Shred: Day 2 Level 1
Today was Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred and it was another sweat fest! 240 calories burned in under 30 minutes. I love the fact that I can burn that many calories in such a short amount of time.
