Tomorrow is June 1st. It’s the beginning of summer, kids just out of school and I’m ready to rock this month on my terms.
My word for the month is commitment. I want to commit to doing my best when it comes to all the areas of my life (health, business, etc.)

To get more specific, here are my plans.
- Workout/move at least 5 days a week.
- Focus on healthy eating.

As many of you know, I always do my Better Healthy Living Challenge in June however I am changing it to August this year. Just in time for you back to school folks and a boost for the fall season.
I am not sure if I will keep it in August from here on out but I’ll keep you updated. If anyone would like to co-host it with me this year, that would be a lot of fun, the more the merrier. This will be the 5th year I have done this challenge.
Speaking of challenges, I have started a new Monthly Fitness Challenge group on Facebook and will be setting up a mailing list for you to get on soon to keep up with each month’s challenge and other special goodies just for those on the list. I would love for you to join us (it’s a private group, so you can feel comfortable sharing your struggles and successes).

I’ll be throwing some of my 4 month fit body goals in this month too. I need to stay accountable and would love to support you and have some support myself. Here is a June 2015 printable fitness calendar that I’ll be using to keep track of my workouts.
