You can never have too many fitness gadgets, gear and equipment. Well I guess you can if you’re a fitness gadget junkie like me but all you need to do is just trade with someone else or sell what you no longer need so you can try new products. Our home gym is full of fun things to take our workouts to the next level. Changing up your fitness variety is the way to go.
Here is a list of a few of my top picks. Happy Shopping!
I have a variety of fitness trackers. I started out using Polar and I absolutely LOVE the company and their products. I’m also an ambassador for them! The reason Polar has my heart is because their fitness trackers that I have are waterproof which means I can use them while snorkeling, swimming, etc. I love that. My favorite is the Polar Loop activity tracker (seen on left below). I have the Polar A360 fitness tracker with wrist heart rate monitor too but haven’t tested it out yet. Anyway, here are the two Polar fitness trackers I have.
Lately, I have been wearing the Fitbit Charge HR, originally purchased to do family challenges and check my sleep patterns which I can also do with the Polar A360. Those challenges haven’t really happened since my workouts have been put on hold for health issues. Hope to be back at it soon. Keep your fingers crossed.
Kev has been using his Fitbit Charge HR and he likes it and now that we have the Fitbit Aria scale (see below) he’s all set. I have the tangerine Fitbit, he has the black one. The front of his actually bubbled and he had to get a replacement. That was a simple process through Fitbit, thank goodness.
2. Workout Videos
My all time favorite workout videos are Walk Away the Pounds. I have many of the older ones and can’t wait to get my hands on all the newer ones. Does Walk Away the Pounds work? Here’s my answer! These will be my saving grace starting next week.
I got my hands on the Shaun T Cize dance workout and I cannot wait to be able to workout to that. Doesn’t it look like so.much.fun?
3. Fitness Shoes
My most recent and best pair of fitness shoes have been my Ryka shoes for women. I am about ready to get a new pair of fitness shoes because it’s been quite some time now. I think I want to stay with the Ryka brand but I am open to hearing about your favorites. I just purchased the Northside Trinidad (love the purple one) sport closed toe sandal. I pray it fits because they did not come in wide sizes so I just went a size up. I’m usually a 9 1/2 so grabbed a 10. If they don’t fit, I don’t have many other options for a cool hiking sandal but thankfully these were marked free returns on Amazon.
**Did you know some shoes and clothes sold on Amazon don’t have free returns?
Tip: Make sure that when you choose a size for shoes or clothes it shows free returns next to it if you don’t want to pay to send something that doesn’t fit.
4. Water Bottle
CamelBak has always been my go to fitness water bottle. I will need some new ones here soon. The last water bottle I bought was a glass one for using essential oils. I don’t use my Ello Pure glass water bottle much but I do like it.
One of my all time favorite pieces of workout equipment is the rebounder. I now have two thanks to mom and dad who bought me a brand spankin new one for Christmas. My new one, the Urban Rebounder has a stabilizer bar and folds up like the MaXimus one below.
We have purchased two scales, one is the Weight Gurus scale (the one in my review is no longer available except for certain sellers) that we have used for a long time and the other is the and Fitbit Aria Scale which we just set up. Here are the two brands side by side. I will have to do a review on the Fitbit Aria soon.
So there you go, some of my most favorite fitness gadgets and equipment. What are some of your favorites? Do you have any of these?
