I will call this week successful when it comes to workouts. This week I worked out 6 days and took 1 rest day. I enjoyed my workouts and look forward to the next round of Best Body Bootcamp coming up April 1st.
I’m searching for April challenges too so I’ll report back with what I find. I’m also on the hunt for online personal trainers that are accepting clients. Those two blog posts are in the works so if you have any info for either, it would be appreciated.
On to my workouts for the week. My favorite workout was spinning and I enjoyed the lower body workout I did on Friday.
Monday-

Tuesday-
*Upper body/weights
Time: 30 min.
Calories burned: 376
Plus a little cardio and 25 squats & 100 exercise ball crunches
Wednesday-
*Spinning
Time: 30 min.
Calories burned: 450

Thursday- Day off
Friday-
*Lower Body w/weights & rebounding
Time: 30 min.
Calories burned: 354

Today’s kickboxing workout was from ExerciseTV, an app on our Samsung Smart TV. Pretty cool!
We made a green smoothie this morning but it was way too sweet. I did not enjoy it. THEN we made a green juice that totally made up for it. It was delicious! You can see it on my Instagram profile. This juice had pineapple, apple, lemon, spinach and ginger. Oh my it was tart and tasty.
