Goals for the week and workouts
This week was good but different not having two spin classes and having to do a spin ride on our own. We did OK but I think I might have pushed a bit too hard (hubby says so LOL). I think tomorrow I will do an endurance ride and try to stay the same heart rate throughout the ride. Maybe I'll add a few jumps to get my heart rate going though.
