No change this week. Starting Saturday, I'll be back at keeping the old food journal. It won't be as strict as the first time I did it but I know it will help me stay accountable to what exactly I'm eating and how much. Back in the workout groove
So glad to be back in the groove as far as workouts go. Hubby and I have had a blast this week at the gym. We have done Aqua Fit, Treadmill & Elliptical and spin/cycle class. Feeling great!
