Successful Workout Week
Happy Sunday! This week was great! 5 out of 7 workout days, not too shabby. My goal is 5-6 workout days a week so I hit my goal this week. I'm really excited about my goals for the next 6 months. Best Body Fitness Bootcamp: Let the Fun Begin
Just completed week 1 of Best Body Bootcamp. It's back! For 8 weeks we have a goal to workout at least 5 times a week and then set two personal goals each week.
