Weekly Weigh In: August 19
No change this week! I'm stuck when it comes to the scale but I'm doing good with exercise. At times I get frustrated that I had done so well before and now I struggle to get back to my lowest. Hit my goal for 15 in-home walking miles again this week AND I did the 3 days of strength training I set out to do. YEA! I am feeling good as far as exercise goes but on the food front, not so good.
