Happy St. Patrick’s Day
I will call this week successful when it comes to workouts. This week I worked out 6 days and took 1 rest day. Planning My Time Better
This week was OK. I really need to plan my time better though to make sure I fit in 30 min. of daily workouts. I'm thinking I need a workout accountability partner. Trying to Stay Warm
This week was decent but I could have definitely done better. Cannot wait until it gets a bit warmer so the home gym is not so cold. We mixed up the heaters so hopefully it will get better this week. Workouts to Keep Warm
I had a pretty good week of workouts I would say. I blew the circuit in our home gym (remodeled garage) because I had 2 heaters running, the stereo, treadmill, lights on, etc. Kev fixed it but I have to be careful.
