First week back to workouts after quite a long break due to a linear foot fracture. Spring Is Coming
Had a great week of workouts! I only took one day off but I am exhausted now. It was really nice to go on a long walk with hubby today. Pulled Arm Muscle OUCH
Once again the week started out good.....then went down hill. I did a move in one of the workouts and strained/pulled a muscle in my left arm. I'll never do that move again.
