Fall has arrived
Happy Fall Ya'll! It feels and is starting to look like Fall and although I don't like the cold weather it does bring us that much closer to our Jamaican vacation. Oh my it's so close! Happy October
Happy October! I'm excited about Fall because it just gets us that much closer to leaving for Jamaica. Really need the vacation big time. This week's workouts were OK but I could have done better. Weekly exercise check in
Workouts were OK this week but definitely could have been better. So far I have done 4 days of the Fat Loss Quickie program and I really have been enjoying the quick workouts in the morning most times combining them with other in home and gym workouts.
